过程装备设计中材料的选择运用分析

摘    要:就现阶段来看,我国进程产业正在蓬勃发展,它正在成为我国社会经济领域中的一个更具主导性的行业,它直接影响了我国的经济发展状况,是我国的主要收入来源之一。因此,我国应注重发展过程产业,研究工艺材料的选择和应用,分析化工工艺技术和其他基本理论知识,用于工业生产和过程装备的实时分析,每一个单元都必须履行其功能,综合过程装备中的所有组成部分。文章以过程装备设计中材料的选择运用为研究对象,分析了过程装备设计中材料的优选的重要意义,提出了过程装备设计中材料的选择运用原则,最后分析材料选择和应用的要点,对于发展我国过程产业具有重要意义。

Abstract:At the present stage,China’s process industry is booming,it is becoming a more dominant industry in the social and economic field of our country.It directly affects the economic development of our country and is one of the main sources of income in our country.In real manufacturing,its share of products and value added tax is more than 50 percent.Therefore,our country should pay attention to the development of process industry,study the selection and application of process materials,analyze chemical process technology and other basic theoretical knowledge,and use it for real-time analysis of industrial production and process equipment.Each unit must perform its functions and integrate all components of process equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the selection and application of materials in the design of equipment process,which can ensure the operation effect of the whole process products and promote the development of China’s industry.
