临兴区块致密气井动态携液规律研究

Study on dynamic liquid carrying law of tight gas wells in Linxing block

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low pressure and critical gas production in Linxing block during the middle and later stage of tight gas production,the comprehensive critical liquid carrying model of wellbore liquid loading is established by using the indoor simulation evaluation method and numerical simulation.The results show that:①Under the same pipe diameter,pressure,temperature and other conditions,the inclined well section is easy to cause serious gas liquid turbulence.When the fluid impinges on the wall of the tube and the interaction between the fluid and the pipe,the extra energy is lost and the liquid drops down obviously;②In the process of gas and water flow,with the gradual decrease of gas flow rate,the pressure gradient in the middle and inclined sections of horizontal wells accounts for the largest proportion,which indicates that the inclined section is prone to liquid accumulation,especially when the inclination angle is 50°to reach the maximum liquid carrying gas velocity.③Belfroid’s prediction of critical liquid carrying model with well deviation is in accordance with the experimental law.The comprehensive critical liquid carrying model is established by modifying the key coefficient.The error is less than 15%,and it is well used between 10°and 90°.The above results have a certain guiding significance for the prediction of fluid accumulation in tight gas wells and the timing of subsequent drainage and production intervention.
