| 摘 要： | 为了更高效更便捷更节省的进行油水井现场杆管清洗,研发出一种现场高效节能便携式高压水射流清洗抽油杆组合装置。主要解决了现有清洗方法的必须运输到管厂进行清洗、速度慢、成本高等问题。该现场装置的清洗技术是国内首创,具有清洗效果、清洗速度快、清洗范围广、节能降耗、安全环保、节约成本、使用寿命长等优势,每口井节省运输费为2 800元。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out rod and pipe cleaning in oil and water Wells more efficiently,conveniently and economically,a kind of high efficiency and energy saving portable high pressure water jet cleaning sucker rod combination device was developed.The main solution of the existing cleaning method must be transported to the pipe factory for cleaning,slow speed,high cost.The cleaning technology of the on-site device is the first one in China,which has the advantages of cleaning effect,fast cleaning speed,wide cleaning range,energy saving and consumption reduction,safety and environmental protection,cost saving and long service life.The transportation cost of each well can be saved up to RMB 2800 yuan. |
