摘    要:油田开发进入特高含水期后,为提高油田最终采收率,会向油层注入化学剂、气体溶剂或热采。聚合物驱油是某大型油田较为成熟的三次采油方法,聚驱井在投产初期见到了较好的开采效果,为进一步释放地层能量,许多聚驱井都有压裂等放产措施适时跟进。由于聚驱井采出液黏度高的原油物性、压裂后产量大幅提升的生产现状,聚驱井压裂后日耗电量也随之明显增加,成为制约单井经济效益提升的重要因素。针对某聚驱井压裂后日耗电陡增187%的问题,从开源节流的角度出发,在不增加投入成本的前提下,科学论证机型选择,合理选择抽汲参数,运用功率法调整平衡,见到了日耗电量下降269.8 kWh,节省电费15 000余元的良好效果。

Abstract:After the oil field development enters the ultra-high water cut period,chemical agents,gas dissolvable agents or thermal recovery are injected into the reservoir to improve the ultimate oil recovery.Polymer flooding is a relatively mature tertiary oil recovery method in a large oilfield.In the early stage of production,polymer flooding Wells have achieved good recovery results.In order to further release formation energy,many polymer flooding Wells have been followed up with production release measures such as fracturing.Due to the crude oil physical property of the produced fluid with high viscosity and the production status of greatly increased production after fracturing,the daily power consumption of the polymer flooding well after fracturing also increases significantly,which has become an important factor restricting the improvement of economic benefit of a single well.In view of the problem that the daily power consumption of a polymer flooding well increases sharply by 187%after fracturing,from the point of view of open source and throttling,on the premise of not increasing the input cost,this paper scientifically demonstrates the selection of machine type,reasonably selects the swabbing parameters,and uses the power method to adjust the balance.The good results show that the daily power consumption decreases by 269.8 kWh and saves more than 15000 yuan of electricity.
