摘    要:为了提高柴油加氢装置加热炉的热效率,降低其燃料消耗量,采取了针对性的节能降耗措施。具体包括:提高加热炉入口原料温度;检修空气预热器副线调阀,修改PID参数;调节加热炉火嘴燃烧效果,优化操作,降低排烟温度。措施实施后,加热炉热效率由91%提高至92.3%以上,节约燃料气304 m3/h,年可节约资金280.8万元,经济效益明显。

Study on Measures to Improve the Thermal Efficiency of Diesel Heating Furnace

Abstract:In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace of diesel hydrogenation unit and reduce its fuel consumption,targeted measures for energy saving and consumption reduction were adopted.Specifically including:improve the heating furnace inlet raw material temperature;oversee air preheater auxiliary line adjusting valve,modify PID parameters;adjust the burning effect of the heating nozzle,optimize the operation,and reduce the exhaust temperature.After the implementation of the measures,the heating efficiency of the furnace was increased from 91%to more than 92.3%,and the fuel gas was saved 304 m3/h,and the annual savings was 2.808 million yuan,with obvious economic benefits.
