| 摘 要： | 从企业的发展战略决策、日常管理、内部监督、干部选任和群众政治思想工作等方面论述了党组织的政治领导核心地位与现代企业制度的关系,认为坚持党组织的政治领导核心地位与遵循现代企业制度的客观要求,二者是相互统一的,关键是要选好"结合点",把二者的优势都发挥出来.

| Abstract: | By discussing such aspects as an enterprise's development strategic decision,daily management,internal supervision,appointment of cadres,construction of people's political thinking and so on,this paper deals with the relationship between the Party's core political leadership standing and the modern enterprise system.Persisting in the Party's core leadership is in concert with obeying the objective requirements of modern enterprise system,and they are mutually united.It is critical to choose the "joint point" properly so as to exert the advantages of the both. |
