Abstract:SINOPEC Chemical Commercial Holding Company Limited adopts the service value chain theory and the customer-oriented strategy in its operation. It takes various measures to cater to the needs of its employees, manufacturing companies and customers, which result in higher satisfaction among its employees and manufacturing companies and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby securing the company's success in competi- tions and bringing the company's production and operation to a higher level.
