摘    要:职业生涯规划能够促进企业和员工共同成长,实现企业和员工“双赢”。制定新员工职业生涯规划要从自我评估、环境分析、选择路径、制定计划、评估和调整五个步骤入手,做好关键环节的工作。

Abstract:Career planning can yield "win-win" results for both the employee and the company, ties to grow. To develop a new-employee career plan, one should start with the following five ducting self-assessment, analyzing external environment, selecting a development path, making enabling both parsteps, namely conplans, and carrying out assessment and making adjustments. Meanwhile, one should ensure that the related aspects that are of crucial importance be properly dealt with.
