| Abstract: | Considering the tender experience of international projects in practice, the author analyzes the differ ence between domain project tender and international project tender, enumerates the factors which influence the international project tender. Meanwhile the author explains how to prepare interna tional project tender effectively and necessary quality during the international project tender in new economical situations. |
