摘    要:本文对一起500 kV自耦变压器油色谱数据异常缺陷进行了诊断与处理.通过对该变压器油色谱与电气试验数据及历史运维情况的综合分析,判断设备内部存在导体接触不良引起的过热缺陷.经设备内部检查发现其无载分接开关触头烧蚀,验证了缺陷诊断结果,开展电镜扫描与元素分析,推断了缺陷原因及发展过程,对同类型变压器的运维给出了建议.

Abstract:Diagnosis and treatment of defect of a 500 kV Auto-transformer with abnormal dissolved gas analysis(DGA)data was studied in this paper.Defect of overheat caused by poor conductor contact was diagnosed through comprehensive analysis based on historical data of electrical test,DGA,operation and maintenance.The contacts of the no-load tap changer were found to be burnt seriously during the internal checking,which verified the previous judgment.The cause and process of development of the defect were concluded through surface topography and element analysis of the faulty unit.Suggestions on operation and maintenance for transformers with the same type were given as well.
