摘    要:为进一步明确电流互感器中超标氢气来源,针对某供电局220 kV光明变电站158明久Ⅱ回C相电流互感器油色谱氢气含量过万mL/L且无乙炔产生展开原因分析.首先通过油色谱与绕组介损试验并结合现场经验初步判断故障原因为绕组受潮且激励因素为油纸中局部放电.接着在得到油中微水及苯含量后通过计算分析及论证确定过量氢气主要来源于环己...

Abstract:To further clarify the source of excessive hydrogen in the current transformer,the cause why the oil chromatogram of the C-phase current transformer of No.158 MingjiuⅡline in 220 kV Guangming Substation of a Power Supply Bureau exceeded 10,000 mL/L without acetylene generation is analyzed.Firstly,through oil chromatography and winding dielectric loss tests and combined with field experience,it is preliminarily judged that the reason for the fault is that the winding is damp and the driving factor is partial discharge in the oil paper.Then,after obtaining the micro-water and benzene content in the oil,it is determined,through calculation analysis and demonstration,that the excessive hydrogen mainly comes from the dehydrogenation reaction of cyclohexane and the secondary source is the electrolysis of micro-water in the oil.Finally,it was determined by disassembly inspection that the cyclohexane originated from the adhesive in the paper.And the absorption of the infrared spectrum was observed in the infrared spectrum and partial discharge comparison test,so as to confirmed that the cyclohexane in the adhesive had a dehydrogenation reaction under the partial discharge environment,which was the main source of excessive hydrogen in the current transformer.Based on this,reasonable suggestions are proposed from the aspects of production,operation and maintenance.
