摘    要:近年来,社会对电力能源的需求量日益上升,因此国家对电网元器件的安全性和稳定性提出了更高的要求。耐张线夹是承受导线或避雷线张力的金具,其结构安全性关系到整个电网的运行安全。为此,本文采用仿真以及实验相结合方式,探究了超声相控阵探头检测耐张线夹压接质量的适用频率,以达到提高检测分辨率和检测精度的目的。

Abstract:In recent years,the demand for electric power&energy is increasing,so higher requirements for the security and stability of power grid components are put forward in China.Tension clamp is a kind of hardware that bears the tension of the wire or lightning protection wire,whose structural security is related to the security operation of the whole power grid.For this reason,this paper explores the applicable frequency of ultrasonic phased array probes in the crimping quality detection of tension clamps with the combination of simulation and experiment,to achieve the purpose of improving resolution and accuracy of the detection.
