PFI is one of the novel approaches forthe infrastructure finance in urban construction,which has been applied to the field successfullyin western countries. It has great significanceon financing and efficiency improvement. Themodel can reduce financial expenditure, sharerisk and improve efficiency of the public works.The article details its characteristics, kinds andadvantages.
