拔杆群接力提升法在大跨度网壳施工中的应用

摘    要:北京奥运会自行车馆钢网壳是目前我国最大跨度的双层球面网壳结构。施工中针对网壳结构特点及现场施工条件,采用低空外扩拼装、拔杆群接力提升的方法完成了安装。重点介绍了拔杆的布置原则,施工阶段网壳和拔杆系统的验算及网壳的拼装与提升等过程。

Abstract:Reticulated steel shell of Beijing Olympic Bicycle Stadium is at present the largest span double-layer spherical reticulated shell in China.Based on the structural characteristics and site conditions,low level spread assembly and pulling bar group relay lifting method is adopted to install the shell.The author also introduces the arrangement rules of pulling bar,checking computations of shell and pulling bar system at the construction stage and assembly and lifting of shell.
