铝合金薄壁整体构件的数控电解加工试验研究

摘    要:为解决某型航天装置整体结构外承力环内壁上大量矩形盲槽的加工难题,设计了一套数控电解加工装置,进行了工艺试验,并对工艺特性进行了研究.初步解决了该加工难题,加工精度、表面质量均符合设计要求.

Abstract:A suit of device for electrochemical machining(ECM) is designed and the technological experiments are made to solved the difficult problem that there are many rectangle blind holes on the inside wall of the integral components.The characteristic to the electrochemical machining of thin-wall aluminium alloy integral components is studied.The difficult problem is satisfactorily solved.The machining precision and the surface quality reach the design requirements.
