| 摘 要： | 指出在工程质量责任保险制度中,保险人的参与权如何行使、行使效果的好坏从某种角度来说将决定工程质量责任保险制度是否能成功地得到实施和推广,阐述了保险人的参与权至少应当包括工程建设和验收阶段的参与权、建筑工程使用阶段的参与权、责任确定、和解及赔偿的参与权三个方面.

| Abstract: | The paper points out that the implementation of the insurer's rights to participate and the implementation effect will determine if the quality liability insurance of the construction project system can be implemented and popularized successfully in the quality liability insurance of the construction project system,describes that the insurer's rights to participate should include the rights in the construction stage and the acceptance stage,the rights in the using stage of the construction project and the rights in the responsibility determination,the reconciliation and the compensation. |
