风电用与钢结构用高强度紧固件的差异

摘    要:风电用和钢结构用高强度紧固件常用标准都为9个。风电用和钢结构用高强度螺栓强度级别都选择10.9级,但风电用高强度螺栓HRC值32~39,抗拉强度≥1 040 MPa,断后伸长率≥9%,断后收缩率≥48%,低温冲击功AKV(-40℃)≥27J;钢结构用高强度螺拴HRC值33~39,抗拉强度1 040~1 240 MPa,断后伸长率≥10%,断后收缩率≥42%,冲击功AKu2≥47J。比较风电用与钢结构用高强度螺栓材料选用方面的差异。表面处理工艺,风电用高强度紧固件采用喷丸和非电解达克罗涂层;钢结构用高强度紧固件用磷化、发黑和磷皂化工艺。比较风电用和钢结构用高强度紧固件生产工艺与包装方式的差异。建议制订风电紧固件行业标准,以促进风电设备的全面创新。

Abstract:The standards of high strength fastener for wind power and steel structure are both 9. High strength bolts strength grading for wind power and steel structure both select 10.9 grade. But the HRC value of high strength bolts for wind power is from 32 to 39, tensile strength is no less than 1 040 MPa, percentage elongation after fracture is no less than 9% , area reduction after fracture is no less than 48% , low temperature impact energy AKv ( -40℃ ) is no less than 27 J. The HRC value of high strength bolts for steel structure is from 33 to 39, tensile strength is from 1 040 MPa to 1 240 MPa, percentage elongation after fracture is no less than 10% , area reduction after fracture is no less than 42% , low temperature impact energy Aku2 is no less than 47 J. The differences of material selection of high strength bolts tor wind power and steel structure are compared. In surface treatment, high strength fastener for wind power adopts shot blasting and electroless Dacroment coating, high strength fastener for steel structure adopts process of phosphating, blaeking and phosphating saponification process. The differences of production process and packaging way of high strength fastener for wind power and steel structure are compared. It is suggested that industry standard of fastener for wind power should be made to promote o- verall innovation of wind power equipment.
