基于上下位机的中频弯管机控制系统

摘    要:基于上下位机中频弯管机组的自动监控系统按结构分为信息管理、控制和设备三层,系统采用IPC+PLC的上下位机的结构,其中下位机PLC作为现场级的控制设备,用于数据采集和控制;上位机IPC利用工控组态软件完成过程数据的存储、处理、分析及人机交互界面。介绍了控制系统中温度测量、恒温控制、工艺参数记录储存、历史数据查询等设计方案及工作中应注意事项。使用证明,该系统工艺一致性好,基本实现了自动控制。

Abstract:The medium-frequency bending pipe system based on up and down computer consists of information management,control and equipment.The system adopt IPC+PLC up and down computer structure,and down computer PLC is as spot control equipment using for collecting data and controlling;Up computer IPC utilizes process-controller configuration software to finish process data storage,disposal and analysis,as well as man machine exchange interface.This paper introduced control temperature,constant temperature control,record and storage of procedure parameter and historical data tracing,as well as design method.In addition to,it also mentioned caution proceedings during operation.Facts proved that this system procedure is with good consistency,and basically realize automatic control.
