舰载军用加固计算机的可靠性设计

摘    要:为了提高舰载军用加固计算机的可靠性,针对该设备在恶劣环境条件下工作的现实,从电磁兼容、热设计等方面阐述了提高加固计算机可靠性设计思想,并根据设备工作的热环境和电磁环境,从计算机主机功能模块、主机箱体、系统I/O接口设计等方面详细地描述了提高其散热能力和电磁兼容能力的具体设计方法.经过试验证明,该方法能够有效地防止恶劣环境条件对计算机的干扰,提高其可靠性,保证计算机正常工作,对舰载电子设备的可靠性设计有普遍的意义.

Abstract:In the view of adverse working circumstance, this paper describes the idea of reliability design emphasised on electromagnetic compatibility and thermal design in order to improve the reliability of military computer in naval vessels and put forward some particular methods for functional module, mainframe and I/O in- terface to prefect the ability of cooling and EMC based on thermal and electromagnetic environment. These methods can efficiently prevent disturbance, improve reliability and ensure military computer works effectually by test. It can be extended to the reliability design for electronic equipments.
