HL-610固体丙烯酸酯浆料的研制

摘    要:采用乳液聚合法合成HL-610固体聚丙烯酸酯浆料,为了解浆料性能特点,测试分析了HL-610浆料的化学结构、上浆性能及生物降解性.结果表明:HL-610固体聚丙烯酸酯浆料的水溶性好,对涤纶纤维粘附性强,环境污染小,与HL-101增强剂混合使用,能够减少PVA用量,提高浆纱质量.

Abstract:HL-610 solid acrylate size mixture was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method, chemical structure, sizing property and biodegradability of HL..610 size mixture were tested to research property speciality of size mixture. The result shows that solid acrylate size mixture has better water solubility, better adhesion to polyester fiber, smaller environmental pollution. Use HL-101 strengthening agent with solid acrylate size mixture, PVA can be use fewer, and sizing quality can be enhanced.
