光纤光栅管式封装工艺研究

摘    要:使用了外径0.8mm、内径0.58mm、长度40mm的不锈钢钢管作为套管材料,对光纤光栅进行了保护型封装,并且提出了单头式和双头式两种光纤光栅温度传感器的管式封装方法,制作得到只对温度敏感的温度传感器。通过应力拉伸试验检验了封装的可靠性,并采用水浴试验研究了其温度传感特性。结果表明,单头式封装方式比双头式封装效果更好,依然保持着非常好的波长与温度之间的线性关系,线性拟合度均达到0.997以上,并且均得到很好的重复性。采用该封装工艺可以有效地解决光栅交叉敏感问题,从而满足了一些对光纤光栅传感器尺寸和兼容性要求较高的场合的需要。

Abstract:Two tubular types of metallic packaging fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors were introduced, using tubular stainless steel material with external diameter of 0.8 mm, inner diameter of 0.58 mm and length of 40 mm. The single-end type and double-end type sensors were packaged in order to meet some requirements on sensor size and compatibility. Then the temperature properties and packaging effect of the encapsulated FBG sensors were experimentally studied via tensile tests and hot water bath, respectively. The experimental results indicate that the single-end type FBG has better packaging performance than the double-end type. There exists good linearity and preferable repeatability for the both types of packaged FBG sensors, and their linear correlation coefficients are more than 0.997.
