摘    要:LED照明产品的空间色度和光度分布是衡量其产品质量的一项重要指标,但传统的空间色度测量技术光谱采集耗时长、效率低,因此研究一种快速精确测量LED空间色度和光度分布的技术显得尤为重要。基于对测动一体空间光谱同步扫描技术、智能精确采样间隔判定技术和LED空间颜色分布综合分析技术的研究,构建了一套快速测量LED空间色度和光度的测量系统。实验结果表明,该系统较之传统测量系统,在确保精度的基础上,测量速度有较大提高,有效地提升了空间测量的效率。

Abstract:Spatial chromaticity and photometric distribution of LED products is an important aspect to evaluate the product quality, however, these conventional measurement techniques usually have drawbacks, such as long acquisition time for spectrum and poor measurement accuracy. The aim of this study is to overcome these key frontier technologies so as to measure the spatial chromaticity and photometric distribution of quickly and accurately. Spatial spectrum synchronous scanning technology, intelligent accurate sampling technology for interval determination, and comprehensive analysis technique for LED color space distribution are used to build a measurement system to measure the spatial chromaticity and photometric distribution of LED products rapidly and accurately. Detailed analysis indicated that, this system has more quick measuring speed which enhances the measurement efficacy effectively as compared with these conventional measurement systems.
