| 摘 要： | 以苯酐和正丁醇为原料,SO42-/SnO2为催化剂,合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),研究了浸渍H2SO4浓度、活化温度、活化时间、粒度等对催化剂的催化性能的影响。结果表明,浸渍酸浓度1.0 mol/L,颗粒度为110目,活化温度525℃,活化时间4 h,在催化剂用量1.5 g时,DBP的产率可达94%以上。

| Abstract: | The dibutyl phthalate(DBP) was synthesized by usin g phthalic anhydride and n-butyl alcohol as materials in the presence of sol id acid SO~(2-)_4/SnO_2 catalyst,the influence of H_2SO_4 concentration,a ctivation temperature,time and granularity on the property of catalyst were stud ied.The results shows that the optimum preparation conditions are as follows:sul furic acid concentration 1.0 mol/L,the granularity of catalyst is 110 item,activ ation temperature 525℃,activation time 4 h,the amount of catalyst 1.5 g,the yie ld of DBP could reach 94%. |
