摘    要:介绍了电气制动的工作原理,它是基于同步电机的电枢反应。电气制动相比于机械制动具有制动力矩大、停机速度快、清洁无污染,但随着当前推力轴瓦的较大改善,机械制动也日趋成为可能。就新形势下水轮发电机组采用电气制动技术中存在的一些问题,如加装电气制动装置带来资金、场地的困难,以及在已安装电气制动的机组上实际运行所暴露出的制电流过大,投入时间间隔过短等缺陷提出了将电气制动与励磁系统结合、电气制动与机械制动混合制动的改良措施。

Abstract:The principium of dynamic brake, based on armature reaction of synchronous dynamotor, is introduced. With great brake torque, rapid brake speed, pureness and non contamination, the dynamic brake is superior to the mechanic brake. However, along with the improvement of thrust bearing nowadays the mechanic brake becomes possible. The problems in applying dynamic brake technology to hydroelectric generators are analyzed, such as the fund and space for fixing brake apparatus, the over brake current limitations and the short functioning intervals. The improvement measures of combining the dynamic brake with the excitation system and mixing the dynamic brake and the mechanic brake are proposed.
