基于虚拟仪器的矿用轴流式通风机性能测试与分析

摘    要:通风机是保证煤矿安全生产的重要设备。依据通风机安全性能检测要求,设计了通风机性能测试分析虚拟仪器。研究设计了串行总线结构的虚拟仪器硬件平台和模块化的虚拟仪器软件。仪器的研制对准确分析评价通风机安全性能,提高原有测试手段的自动化水平具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Ventilator is a crucial device in coal mining safe production. According to industry standard for safe production, a virtual instrument for ventilator test has been developed. Has designed serial bus structure hardware and modularize virtual instrument software. The development of the virtual instrument is very importance and helpful to accurate evaluate the safety performance, improve old testing method of ventilator.
