摘    要:为探讨烤烟成熟度判断的标准,研究了烟叶成熟过程中茎叶夹角的变化与烟叶成熟度的关系。结果表明,在烟叶成熟的过程中可定量地用茎叶夹角的大小来反映烟叶的成熟程度。对于K326品种下部叶片,当烟叶的颜色由绿转黄,茎叶夹角达60~70°时,表明烟叶已经成熟;而对于K326品种中、上部叶片,当烟叶的外观颜色达到9成黄,茎叶夹角达80~90°时,可视为适熟的标志,此时采收的烟叶易于烘烤,烤后烟叶物理性状较好。

Abstract:In an attempt to establish a criterion for judging the maturity of flue_cured tobacco, the relationship (between) tobacco maturity and leaf angle was studied. The results indicated that the maturity could be expressed quantitatively by the angle between leaf and stalk. The lower leaf of cv.K326 become ripe when its color changed from green to yellow and leaf angle was between 60 and 70 degrees; when the color of cutters and upper leaves turned to 90% yellow and the leaf angle was between 80 and 90 degrees, it was a sign of ripe; the harvested leaves had good curing property, and the cured leaves had good physical characters.
