板型燃料元件内部缺陷的无损检测

摘    要:本文使用超声波水浸单探头反射法对不贴紧缺陷进行了检测,根据缺陷反射波的形状及在时域上的位置对缺陷的深度和类型进行了分析评价。使用241Am源59.5 keV的单能窄缝γ射线,对芯体分布的均匀性进行了检测。根据特定检测频率下包壳厚度与涡流阻抗变化的对应关系对包壳厚度进行了分析评价。通过超声、射线和涡流检测方法对板型燃料元件内部缺陷检测并给予评价,保证产品质量。

Abstract:In this paper, the ultrasonic water immersion single probe reflection method was used to test the defects. According to the shape of the defect reflection wave and the position in the time domain the depth and type of defect were analyzed and evaluated. The homogeneity of the core distribution was tested by using the 59.5 keV 241Am source. The thickness of the shell was analyzed and evaluated according to the relation between the thickness of shell and the change of eddy current impedance. The internal defect testing and evaluation of the plate fuel element through ultrasonic, ray and eddy current testing methods ensure the quality of the product.
