摘    要:污水管线改造过程中可能存在土体开挖,土体开挖可能对邻近盾构隧道的变形产生不利影响,文中以某市污水管线改造工程对既有盾构隧道的变形影响为例,采用数值模拟分析法,通过对邻近盾构隧道的不同污水管线开挖施工方案的仿真分析,得到土体总开挖量与盾构隧道最大变形的相互关系,并且利用其规律提出污水管线改造的优化方案,为类似污水管线改造工程提供便捷的设计与施工指导。

Abstract:Soil excavation may exist in the process of sewage pipeline reconstruction, and it may have adverse effects on the deformation of adjacent shield tunnel existed. Taking the deformation of shield tunnel existed affected by sewage pipeline reconstruction project in a city as an example, this paper adopts numerical simulation analysis method, through the simulation analysis of different sewage pipeline excavation construction schemes in adjacent shield tunnel, the relationship between total excavation volume and maximum deformation of shield tunnel is obtained, and the optimization scheme of sewage pipeline reconstruction is put forward based on its law, which provides convenient design and construction guidance for similar sewage pipeline reconstruction projects.
