泡沫铜对相变蓄热系统放热性能的影响

摘    要:采用复合相变材料泡沫铜/纯石蜡,探究其在相变蓄热系统中的放热特性,以及放热过程中石蜡温度变化规律。实验结果表明:复合相变材料泡沫铜/纯石蜡的加入,有效提高了相变蓄热箱内相变材料的当量导热系数,且由于泡沫铜和石蜡之间不同的传热特性,改善了石蜡的温度分布,使得横截面上换热较均匀,加快了石蜡的凝固速率。

Abstract:The composite phase change material foam copper/pure paraffin was used to investigate the exothermic characteristics of the phase change thermal storage system and the temperature variation of paraffin during the heat release.The experimental result showed that the addition of the composite phase change material foam copper/pure paraffin effectively improves the equivalent thermal conductivity of the phase change material in the phase change thermal storage tank,and the paraffin wax is improved due to the different heat transfer characteristics between the foamed copper and the paraffin.Which makes the heat transfer in the cross section more uniform,and accelerates the solidification rate of paraffin.
