特高压交流输电线路跨越500kV塔顶带电作业电场特性及安全防护研究

摘    要:为掌握1000 kV特高压交流双回输电线路跨越500 kV交流线路时,下侧500 kV线路杆塔检修区域电场分布特性,支撑垂直跨越距离的合理配置和人员安全防护,建立交叉跨越杆塔及线路三维电场模型,系统分析了跨越交叉角、跨越高度、偏移距离等条件对下侧杆塔检修区域的空间及带电作业人体表面电场影响。研究结果表明,跨越距离为16 m时,30?交叉角与90?交叉角对比,下侧500 kV塔顶最大场强增大63.1%;在实际工程交叉跨越设计时,建议跨越角度选择垂直跨越;如需在60°和30°交叉角跨越时,检修区域作业人员应佩戴屏蔽面罩。

Abstract:In order to master the electric field distribution characteristics of the lower 500 kV tower overhaul area when 1000 kV UHV AC double-circuit transmission line across 500 kV AC transmission line,and provide support for reasonable configuration of crossing vertical distance and human protection,in this paper,a three dimensional electric field model of crossing towers and lines is established to analyze the influence of the crossing angle,span height and offset distance on the overhaul space of the lower tower and the surface electric field of live-working systematically.Results show that the maximum electric field of the lower tower is increased by 63.1%when crossing angle decreases from 90°to 30°for vertical crossing distance 16 m.In actual crossing project design,it is recommended to choose vertical crossing.When the crossing angle of 60°or 30°is needed in 1000 kV&500 kV crossing project,the operator in overhaul area should wear shield mask.
