摘    要:为了最大程度消纳风电及激励风电场改善并网特性,提出了一种考虑并网友好性的风电实时调度策略及相应的调度模型。基于电网运行工况及电网外送通道联络线功率偏差,动态计算电网风电消纳实时裕度。基于历史运行数据及超短期预测信息评估风电场出力预测精度、出力波动性及负荷跟随特性,评价风电场并网友好性。建立计及风电并网友好性及最大化消纳风电的风电实时有功调度模型。将提出的调度模型应用于IEEE 31节点系统,仿真验证了该方案的有效性。

Abstract:A real-time wind power scheduling strategy and corresponding scheduling model are proposed to maximize accommodation of wind power and encourage wind farms to improve grid integration performance. Maximum allowable wind power generation is dynamically calculated according to operating conditions of power grid and power deviation of tie line of delivery channel. Friendliness of wind farm integration is estimated by evaluating wind power prediction accuracy, wind power volatility and load-following characteristics based on historical data and prediction information. A wind power real-time active dispatch model considering maximum accommodation of wind power and friendliness of wind farm integration is established. Applying the proposed model in IEEE 31-bus system, validity of the proposed method is verified with simulations.
