摘    要:针对小型异型钢热连轧生产系统中精轧机轧制速度控制和终轧温度调节问题,提出了一种基于PLC和6RA80的小型异型钢热连轧控制系统改造方案。该改造方案通过检测精轧机组钢坯出口的当前温度,利用模糊终轧温度预测方法对精轧机组的下一个采样点的温度进行预测,并以此计算和终轧设定温度间的偏差,对精轧机组的轧制速度进行实时调节,以实现多精轧机架间轧制速度的协调控制和降低终轧温度的波动范围的控制目的,经实际实验数据表明,该控制系统可以获得较好的控制效果。

Abstract:Based on the requirements of the finishing rolling stands for the rolling speed and finishing rolling temperature in the hot strip mill,a PLC and 6RA80 control system was proposed to obtain a reliable hot continuous rolling. The fuzzy finishing temperature predictive method was used to predict the finishing temperature,the temperature error between the predicted temperature and the setting finishing temperature was used to adjust the rolling speed,so as to obtain the coordinated speed control among the finishing rolling stands,and to decrease the variation range of finishing rolling temperature. The experimental results show that the proposed control system can effectively achieve well control effect.
