热电制冷器辅助下环路热管运行特性的实验研究

摘    要:针对一种平板型蒸发器环路热管进行了实验研究,研究了制冷器功率及加热功率对热电制冷器辅助下环路热管运行特性的影响。结果表明,实验功率范围内,在无热电制冷器辅助状态下,环路热管成功启动运行,但性能较差,热阻达到1.14℃/W;外加热电制冷器后,环路热管启动时间稍有缩短,性能改善明显,热阻最低达到0.15℃/W。加热功率恒定20 W时,随制冷器功率的增加,环路热管运行温度和热阻会呈现先减小后增大的趋势;制冷器功率恒定6 W时,随加热功率的增加,环路热管运行温度随之增大,而热阻会呈现先减小后增大的趋势。另外分析温度均匀性发现平板加热面的温度可在±2℃范围内。

Experimental study on operating characteristics of loop heat pipe with assist of thermoelectric cooler

Abstract:An experimental study on a loop heat pipe with flat evaporator was carried out. The influences of the power of thermoelectric cooler consumption and heating on operating characteristics of the loop heat pipe were studied. The results show that the loop heat pipe started successfully, but the performance was poor when there was no assist of the thermoelectric cooler. The heat resistance could reach 1.14 ℃/W. When thermoelectric cooler was added, the start-up time was shortened slightly, and the performance was improved obviously. The minimum heat resistance could reach 0.15 ℃/W. When the heating power was at 20 W constantly, as the power of the thermoelectric cooler consumption increased, the operating temperature and thermal resistance of the loop heat pipe decreased at first and then increased. When the power of the thermoelectric cooler consumption was at 6 W constantly, the operating temperature increased with the increase of the heating power, while the thermal resistance decreased at first and then increased. In addition, the temperature of the flat heating surface was found to be within ±2 ℃ by analyzing the temperature uniformity.
