大跨度桥梁边跨斜撑支架施工及受力分析

摘    要:在桥梁使用寿命期间,虽然鲜有超过设计的最大荷载,但在施工过程中,施工事故通常是由临时支撑结构的承载能力不足引起的。因此,有必要对桥梁建设阶段的支架斜撑进行承载力的校核分析。以某高铁特大桥工程作为依托,采用Ansys分析软件建立斜撑支架有限元模型。根据现行的桥梁设计规范,确定了相关参数、工况和计算荷载,研究分析了桥梁边跨支撑的应力以及稳定性。计算结果表明,该高铁特大桥边跨斜撑钢管桩弯曲强度为150MPa,平联弯曲强度为154MPa,主横梁抗剪强度60MPa,钢立柱柱顶最大弯矩8.9k N·m,最大剪力185k N,焊缝抗剪强度58.5MPa,锚固长度750mm。边跨斜撑支架各构件的应力和整体稳定性满足规范要求,结构安全可靠。以此为相关工程提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:During the service life of bridge,there is rarely loads which exceeds the maximum design value.However,during the construction process,the construction accident is often caused by the insufficient bearing capacity of temporary support structure.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the force check analysis on the support bracing of the bridge before construction stage.Based on the high-speed railway bridge project,a finite element model has been established by Ansys.According to the current bridge design specifications,the relevant parameters,working conditions and calculated loads are determined,and the stress and stability of the bridge side span support are studied and analyzed.The calculation results show that The bending strength of steel pipe pile of high-speed railway bridge is 150MPa,the bending strength of flat joint is 154MPa,the shear strength of main beam is 60MPa.In terms of steel collum,the maximum bending moment of capital is 8.9kN·m,the maximum shear force of captial is 185kN,the shear strength of weld is 58.5MPa,and the anchoring length is 750mm.The stress and monolithic stability of the members of the side span diagonal brace bracket of Yangcun High-speed Railway Bridge meet the requirements of the code,and the structure is safe and reliable.In this way,it provides reference experience for related projects.
