摘    要:电磁搅拌器具有搅拌充分、操作简单、效率高等优点,目前在冶金行业应用广泛。为了使设备达到节能、降耗的效果,提出了一种新型的双PWM电磁搅拌器电源拓扑,并给出了PWM整流器和逆变器相应的控制策略。针对逆变侧负载不平衡带来的直流母线电压波动,在已有控制策略的基础上,分析了直流电压波动的原因,并提出了一种PI并联准谐振控制器(PR)的PIR控制策略,能较好地减小直流母线电压波动。最后,仿真和实验验证了所提出控制策略的正确性。

Abstract:Electromagnetic stirrer has the advantages of full mixing,simple operation and high efficiency. It is widely used in metallurgical industry at present. In order to make the equipment achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction,a new dual PWM electromagnetic stirrer power supply topology was proposed,and the corresponding control strategy of PWM rectifier and inverter was given. Aiming at the DC bus fluctuation caused by unbalanced load on the inverter side,based on the existing control strategy,the cause of DC voltage fluctuation was analyzed,and a control strategy of PIR control was put forward,which could reduce DC bus voltage fluctuation better. Finally,the correctness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation and experiment.
