摘    要:采用自制大面积平面源制备装置,研究了电镀时间、电压、溶液酸度、极间距、阳极移动速度等参数对90Sr-90 Y电镀效率的影响,得到了较佳的工艺参数,电镀效率大于85%。利用该参数成功制备了300cm2(13cm×24cm)、600cm2(15cm×38cm)、1 000cm2(25cm×38cm)等不同活性区面积的90Sr-90 Yβ源。结果表明,所制得的90Sr-90 Yβ源均匀性好于10%,擦拭实验证明牢固性可靠。本方法可用于制备大面积α、β标准平面源,以满足大面积表面沾污仪等仪器设备的检定、校准。

Abstract:The influence of several parameters including voltage, time, acidity, interelectrode distance and plating pen movement speed on the plating efficiency were investigated using homemade equipments, and the optimal parameters with the efficiency better than 85% were confirmed. Using those parameters, 90Sr-90Y β radioactive sources with sizes of 300 cm2 (13 cm×24 cm), 600 cm2 (15 cm×38 cm) and 1 000 cm2 (25 cm×38 cm) were prepared. The results show that the uniformity of the sources is better than 10%, and the well stability indicates the potential application for the calibration of surface contamination meters.
