摘    要:利用Turbiscan LAB Expert型稳定性分析仪和光学显微镜,研究了聚合物对二元复合驱油体系乳化原油形成乳状液的稳定性和乳化效果的影响。结果表明:二元复合驱油体系与原油形成的乳状液在失稳的过程中,乳状液体系下部主要表现为液滴的上浮,伴有聚集和聚并;体系中部主要表现为液滴的聚集和聚并;二元复合体系与原油形成的乳状液,随着聚合物相对分子质量和质量浓度的增加,乳状液稳定性逐渐增加,当聚合物质量浓度达到2 000 mg/L时,继续增加聚合物质量浓度,乳状液体系稳定性基本不变。研究成果对二元复合体系矿场试验和实际生产中采出液的处理有重要指导意义。

Abstract:With the helps of Turbiscan LAB Expert stability analyzer and optical microscope, the influences of the polymer on the stability and emulsified effect of the emulsion prepared by the oil and binary compound system were studied. The results showed that during the instability of the produced emulsion, the lower part of the emulsion system mainly presents the upward creaming of droplets accompanied by aggregation and coagulation;while the central part mainly shows the aggregation and coagulation of the droplets;the emulsion stability increases gradually with the increase of the polymer relative molecular mass and mass concentration, when the polymer mass concentration reaches 2 000 mg/L, the stability of the emulsion system is basically unchanged by increasing the mass concentration of the polymer. The research achievements possess important guiding significance for the treatment of the produced liquid of the binary compound system from the field test and actual production.
