摘    要:在高比例可再生能源并网与智能电网快速发展的背景下,电力系统不确定性进一步增强。不确定性给输电网规划工作带来新的问题与挑战。鲁棒优化作为处理不确定因素的优化方法被引入到输电网规划问题中来,近年来成为研究热点。对输电网鲁棒规划研究展开综述。首先,归纳总结鲁棒优化在输电网规划中的研究现状。然后,基于鲁棒优化理论,通过一般形式的输电网鲁棒规划模型,分别阐述针对负荷、可再生能源、设备故障、电源投资退役等各类型不确定因素的建模方法。最后,提出输电网鲁棒规划研究展望与挑战,指出未来输电网鲁棒规划中亟待解决的问题与发展方向,旨在为未来输电网鲁棒规划研究提供一定指导与建议。

Abstract:With integration of high proportion of renewable energy and rapid development of smart grid,uncertainties of power systems are further enhanced.The uncertainties present new challenges to transmission expansion planning.As an optimization method dealing with uncertainties,robust optimization is applied to transmission expansion planning problem,becoming an active research topic.In this paper,research on robust transmission expansion planning(RTEP)is reviewed.Firstly,recent development in RTEP area is summarized.Next,based on robust optimization theory,a RETP model of general form is proposed,and approaches of modeling uncertainties including load,renewable energy,equipment failure and generation investment and retirement are demonstrated.Finally,in order to provide guidance and suggestions for future RTEP research,prospects and challenges of RTEP are illustrated,pointing out the problems to be addressed and direction of development in future RTEP research.
