某超高层办公楼结构设计与分析

摘    要:本工程塔楼超过A级高度限值,属于B级高度超高层,存在着扭转不规则、偏心布置、楼板局部不连续等多项不规则的情况,属一般超限高层建筑。同时塔楼中部建筑移层手法为本项目的设计重点,在移层内凹侧,原框架柱未能延续。根据以上设计难点,本工程拟采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,在建筑移层内凹侧采用上下斜柱方式进行过渡。根据结构设计规范要求,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,针对本工程采用了盈建科及MIDAS两个空间结构分析软件进行计算。经过分析调整,结构设计满足规范对高层建筑的各项指标要求,结构达到预期的抗震设防目标。

Abstract:The tower of the project exceeds the level A height limit and belongs to the level B super high-rise building.It is A general super high-rise building with multiple irregularities such as torsion irregularity,eccentric layout and partial discontinuity of floor slab.At the same time,the architectural design of stagger floors in the middle of the tower is the design focus of this project.The original frame column cannot be continued in the concave side of the floor in the middle of tower.Because of such design difficulties,this project plans to adopt the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system,and adopt the method of up and down oblique columns to make the transition in the concave side of the stagger floors.According to the requirements of structural design specifications,performance-based seismic design method is adopted.In this project,two spatial structure analysis software named YJK and MIDAS are used for calculation.After analysis and adjustment,the structural design meets the requirements of the code for high-rise buildings,and the structure reaches the expected seismic fortification target.
