摘    要:综合能源系统为多能源互补利用提供有效载体,而楼宇级的综合能源系统由于容易受到外界环境以及用户用能规律的影响,存在着大量的不确定性因素。基于一个由冷热电联产系统、储热装置以及插电式混合动力汽车等组成的居民能源集线器(residential energy hub,REH),研究了在不确定性因素下楼宇级综合能源系统经济运行问题。建立了基于机会约束规划的REH经济调度模型,该模型以最小运行成本为目标,冷热电联产系统备用出力以及备用市场购电为机会约束,在python环境中进行建模,利用Gurobipy求解器进行求解。讨论了关于插电式混合动力汽车运行状态的几种典型场景、不同置信水平下REH调度方案及运行成本,以期为平衡经济性和可靠性的REH运行调度提供参考。

Abstract:Integrated energy system provides an effective carrier for complementary utilization of multiple energy resources,and building-level integrated energy system is subject to a large number of uncertain factors due to influence of external environment and users’energy consumption pattern.Based on a residential energy hub(REH)combining thermal energy storage,integrated cooling,heating and power system and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles,economic operation of a building-level integrated energy system under uncertainty is studied.An REH economic dispatching model based on chance constrained programming is proposed,minimizing operation cost and considering the constraints of reserve requirement at a given confidence level.The model is established in Python and solved with Gurobipy solver.Several typical scenarios about operating state of plug-in hybrid vehicles and REH scheduling at different confidence levels are discussed in order to provide references for REH schedule balancing economy and reliability.
