摘    要:为提高预制拼装结构耐久性,并为大断面分块预制拼装结构的设计与施工做铺垫,以某软土地区明挖预制拼装管廊为例,介绍一种平口接头的新型预应力预制拼装结构,接缝防水采用三元乙丙橡胶垫。同时,还论述了适应于本预制拼装技术的施工工艺要点,及现场足尺拼装试验及水密性试验结果。结果表明,本工法接头可靠,具有较好的防水性能,可操作性强,可有效指导预制拼装综合管廊设计与施工,并且关键技术可在其他明挖地下结构如明挖隧道预制拼装中应用。

Abstract:In order to improve the durability of precast assembly structure and pave the way for the design and construction of large section and block prefabricated assembling structure, a new type of pre-stressed assembling structure with flat joint is introduced in this paper. Taking the open-cut precast assembly utility tunnel in a soft soil area as an example. In addition, the key points of the construction technology adapted to this prefabricated assembly technology are discussed. And the results of field full-scale assembly test and water tightness test are analyzed. The results show that the joints are reliable, waterproof and operable, which can effectively guide the design and construction of precast assembly Utility tunnel and the key technologies can be applied in other open-cut underground structures such as open-cut tunnel prefabrication.
