永磁同步电机转矩预测虚拟电压矢量控制

摘    要:为了减少永磁同步电机转矩脉动,缩短控制周期,提出转矩预测虚拟电压矢量控制。该方法可在1个控制周期输出多个电压矢量,达到跟踪转矩和磁链的目的。同时,根据转矩和磁链的当前状态选出满足相应规定的3种电压矢量组,再通过滚动优化从中选出最优电压矢量组,显著减少算法的计算量。仿真和实验结果表明:所提方法可以有效减少电流波动,且具有更好的稳态性能。

Abstract:In order to reduce the torque ripple and the control cycle of the PMSM,the torque predictive virtual voltage vectors was proposed. This method could output several voltage vectors in each control period to achieve the purpose of tracking torque and flux linkage. Meanwhile,the only three voltage vector sets were selected to satisfy the state of torque and flux,and then the optimum voltage vector set was selected by rolling optimization. Hence,the control computational burden was significantly reduced. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the current ripples effectively and achieve good static performance.
