摘    要:改装电动教练车基本采用电动汽车专用的电机控制器控制车辆,因控制方法和控制器设计导致不能实现对离合器的操纵判断,在实际驾驶体验上与燃油教练车差距较大。为了解决这一问题,设计了一种电动教练车专用的整车控制器。主要介绍了控制器的设计方案,给出了各个主要部分的设计电路,通过分析车辆运行特征和电机机械特性制定控制策略,使电动教练车实现"怠速"和离合操作不当引起的电机"熄火"。经实车测试,结果表明,该整车控制器设计合理,能够对电动教练车进行可靠、稳定地控制并满足科目二训练要求。

Abstract:The modified electric training vehicle is basically controlled by using the motor controller,these controllers are designed for electric vehicle,caused by control method and controller design the operation judgment of the clutch cannot be realized which is different from the fuel training vehicle in driving experience. To solve this problem,a special vehicle control unit for electric training vehicle was designed. The design scheme of the controller and the main parts of the circuit were introduced. By analyzing vehicle operation characteristics and motor mechanical characteristics,a control strategy was established to make the motor idling and flameout caused by clutch error operation. Finally,the real vehicle tests were carried on,the results show that the vehicle control unit design is reasonable,the electric training vehicle can be reliable and stable control,and meet the demand of subject 2 training.
