地铁盾构隧道下穿铁路框架桥模拟分析

摘    要:鉴于某地铁盾构下穿铁路框架桥存在较大风险,文中在风险控制措施的基础上,建立了盾构隧道下穿框架桥的三维有限元分析模型,分析了不同模拟施工下框架桥竖向及水平位移变化规律。结果表明,框架桥竖向位移和纵向水平位移大于横向水平位移。通过三维数值计算,框架桥位移满足控制标准,结构处于安全状态,后掘进的右线盾构对框架桥位移有利。为类似工程提供一定的借鉴与参考。

Abstract:In view of the great risk of a subway tunnel through under the railway frame bridge,based on the risk control measures,this paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the shield tunnel through under the frame bridge,and analyzes the variation law of vertical and horizontal displacement of frame bridge under different simulated constructions.The results show that the vertical displacement and longitudinal horizontal displacement of the frame bridge are larger than the transverse horizontal displacement.Through threedimensional numerical calculation,the frame bridge displacement meets the control standard,the structure is in a safe state and the post-construction right line shield is advantageous for the displacement of the frame bridge.The research results can be referred in similar projects.
