摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备卅掺分散红1(DR1)的有机/无机杂化材料,采用接触极化法在1310 nm波长下得到电光系数56 pm/V,在室温下经过1000 h电光系数衰减小于10%.接触极化法与电晕极化法相比,不仅在结构上易于实现,而且对膜表而的损伤小、极化电压低,同时显著提高了薄膜的极化均匀性,从而大幅度提高极化有机聚合物光电器件如高速电光调制器、高速电光开关的整体性能.

Abstract:Sol-gel-processed hybrid materials doped with disperse red 1(DR1)are prepared.By the way of contact poled method,a large electro-optic coefficient of 56 pm/V is gained at the wavelength of 1 310 nm,and it has been reduced less than 10% for 1 000 h at room temperature.Compared with corona poling,the contact poling has the advantages such as low poled voltage,less surface damage,easily fabricated and good poled uniformity of the film.The performance of poled organic polymer optoelectronic devices such as high...
