摘    要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,D〖DK〗,L 酒石酸铵为模板制备了高产率、尺寸均匀、大长径比的二氧化硅纳米管。借助透射电子显微(TEM)、扫描电子显微(SEM)、电子能谱(EDX)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析方法对样品进行表征,探讨了二氧化硅纳米管的形成机理,并考察了实验条件对二氧化硅纳米管的产率和形貌等的影响。研究结果表明,静置时间、TEOS的滴加速率以及氨水用量对纳米管的形成有明显影响,而温度对纳米管形成的影响不明显。

Abstract:Silica nanotubes with high yield,uniform size and large aspect ratio were synthesized from hydrodyzing tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)using ammonium D,L-tartrate as template.The prepared products were characterized with transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDX)and powder X-ray diffraction(XRD).The formation mechanism of the silica nanotubes and the influence of synthesis conditions on the formation of the silica nanotubes were investigated.The results revealed that the morphology and yield of the silica nanotubes were sensitive to TEOS addition speed,aging time after TEOS addition and ammonia concentration,but not sensitive to reaction temperature.
