中高阶煤试验区煤层气井排采技术

摘    要:煤层气井排采是煤层气田勘探开发的关键环节。通过对和顺等3个试验区40口煤层气井排采工作的摸索和试验,总结出"五段制"排采工作制度,优化了排采设备、筛管深度、捞砂、捞煤粉等工艺技术。这些技术为煤层气井的现场排采提供了技术保障。截至2011年6月,和顺等3个试验区块均获得煤层气工业气流的突破,延川南煤层气田已进入产能建设阶段。

Abstract:CBM well drainage and production is a key process in exploration and development of CBM gas field.A "five-stage" working system has been generalized from the experiences and lessons learned from the drainage and production operations in 40 CBM wells in 3 test areas including Heshun.Technical processes are optimized,including drainage and production equipment,screen pipe depth,sand bailing and pulverized coal bailing.These techniques have provided technical support for on-site drainage and production from CBM wells.As of June 2011,the 3 test areas including Heshun had all achieved industrial gas,thereby the Yanchuannan CBM gas field has entered production capacity construction phase.
