Discussion on Production Preparation Management Work of Project

In the light of the current situation and features of production preparation management work of project of the power system and Jiuquan Iron & Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd,the management work is discussed from the following aspects: structure analysis of human resources,pre-job training of staff,perfection of system,perfection of auxiliary production facilities,handing over of technical data and production preparation personnel brought in line with project construction,so as to well serve the production preparation management work of the company’s project.
