| 摘 要： | 用常规整体铸造方法生产半钢轧辊，技术难度大，成本高，因此采用了离心铸造法。介绍了离心铸造半钢复合轧辊3层结构的成分设计及冶炼、浇注及热处理工艺。用离心铸造生产的半钢复合轧辊性能可满足热轧机精轧前段工作辊的要求，每毫米直径的轧制量为3800t。

The properties of the dev eloped rolls can meet the demands of the front finishing rolling mill. I ts rolling reduction has reached 3800 t/mm. |
