Pt/ZSM-5催化四氯化碳气相加氢脱氯的研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了低Pt含量的Pt/ZSM-5催化剂,并采用Fe,Co,N i,Cu,Zn等过渡金属元素对Pt/ZSM-5催化剂进行掺杂,考察了催化剂在四氯化碳(CTC)气相加氢脱氯反应中的催化性能。实验结果表明,掺杂Co可提高Pt/ZSM-5催化剂的初始催化活性(CTC初始转化率可达88%),而掺杂其它过渡金属元素难以提高CTC的转化率,但可改善催化剂的稳定性。400℃下用氢气活化可使失活催化剂再生。根据掺杂元素对产物分布的影响,探讨了Pt/ZSM-5催化剂催化CTC气相加氢脱氯的机理。

Abstract:Vapor-phase hydrodechlorination of carbon tetrachloride(CTC)was investigated on Pt/ZSM-5 catalyst with a low Pt content.The catalyst was prepared by impregnation and Pt mass fraction was 0.3%.Effect of doping transition metals,such as Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,on performances of Pt/ZSM-5 catalysts was also studied.Co-Pt/ZSM-5 showed high initial catalytic activity with CTC conversion of 88%.Doping of Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn didn′t increase catalytic activity of Pt/ZSM-5 catalyst,but improved its stability.Deactivated Pt/ZSM-5 and Co-Pt/ZSM-5 catalysts in CTC hydrodechlorination could be regenerated by treatment with H_2 at(400℃).By investigating the effect of doping of different transition metals to Pt/ZSM-5 catalysts on distribution of products,mechanism of CTC hydrodechlorination was deduced.
